How often can I take an online test?
You can only take the online test you purchased once. However, once you score your test, you can review it and the answer explanations for up to 120 days. Most of our subjects have two tests. You can take the first test, and then review it. Then you can purchase the second test as a follow up and see how you improved.

What are the browser requirements?
The minimum browser requirements for LearnATest.com:
Windows: Netscape 4.0 or Internet Explorer 4.0
MAC: Netscape 4.7 or Internet Explorer 5.0

Why do I have to register?
LearnATest.com is a totally interactive resource. You must set up your own personal account that provides you with instant online scoring, records your customized analysis of your strengths and weaknesses, and makes personalized recommendations. If you do not finish the test during your allotted time, all of your answers are saved in "My Account," which ensures complete privacy.

How do I access my tests, or finish an incomplete test?
You have the ability to choose "Save My Test." You can then go back to finish your test by going to www.LearningExpressFreeOffer.com end entering your access code and password in the available fields. Your tests are stored in your MyAccount. Just click the "Continue" next to the test. The unanswered questions will be displayed before you start, and you may work toward completing the exam.

How do I get my results?
At the end of the test, Choose "Score My Test." Unanswered questions will be displayed to allow you to go back and finish. After reviewing the score analysis and test results for strengths and weaknesses, scroll to the bottom of the page and choose "View Answers." The correct answer will be shaded, and your answer will be flagged as correct or incorrect.

Can I print out my results?
Yes. You are able to print out your results by choosing "File" on your toolbar and then selecting "Print".

How will this help me to prepare for the real exam?
Our practice tests are based on the real exams. Therefore, you will gain confidence in and knowledge of the type of material you need to know prior to taking the real exam.

Is my score private? Who else has access?
Yes. Your score is private and only accessible to you.

Will my e-mail be used for solicitation or mailing?
No. We do not use or share this information. An e-mail address enables you to forward your test results to yourself. It also allows us to e-mail you a reminder if you've forgotten your password.

What should I do if I fail or score poorly on a practice test?
When you view your score report, there will be personal recommendations at the bottom. You may click on the "Learn More" button to find out about other tests and products that can help you score your best.
